Mine has the same catalogue number RD-40M but appears to hide a catalogue number of RD-40K. Mine is in stereo.

Outstanding work on this, thank you for your time and effort. My set does contain the Bonus album (#10) "No, No Nanette" and "The Gypsy Baron". I see it was removed from the set listing here after some discussion. I have taken the liberty of creating a version with the bonus lp. In the images the number "RDS-40-10" is shown on the labels to document the 10th album.
Katishi
If he is singing a duet with Anna Moffo, probably a classical singer.
Cordaron
You are linking Charles Green, vocalist, to a trumpet player. I'll let you know if I find more info on him.
Hanad
I ment recorded in April, 1962.
Global Progression
Great job on adding this release! However, the Patricia Kelly you listed as participating in this release was born 7 years after the album was recorded in April, 1982 and released in 1963.
